Classic Car House | Combilift 552 & Turntable 505
A sanctuary for automotive heritage
In the heart of Lyngby near Copenhagen, the Classic Car House stands as a testament to automotive artistry—a place where rare, historic vehicles are not just stored, but celebrated, maintained, and showcased with precision.
This architectural gem functions as both a museum and secure storage facility, creating a unique space where automotive history comes alive. The building’s design brilliantly merges car iconography with Danish villa aesthetics from the early 20th century, translating these elements into a contemporary architectural statement.
What truly sets this project apart is our German-engineered WÖHR Combilift 552 system. Through specially designed glass doors, these 43 parking spaces don’t just protect these automotive treasures—they put them on display, turning practical storage into captivating exhibition space. The transparency creates an unexpected visual connection between visitors and vehicles, showcasing each car as the work of art it truly is.
