Both profiles are crafted with our innovative zinc-aluminium-magnesium coating (3.5% Al, 3% Mg, Zn; DIN EN 10346, 16 μm), setting a new industry standard for durability and sustainability.

This unique coating provides both profiles with superior corrosion resistance, even in harsh environments like coastal areas or against aggressive substances such as battery acid. Furthermore, both the CLASSIC and SMART PROFILE 2.0 feature a remarkable self-healing property. When exposed to rain or snow, they form a dense, zinc-based protective film over scratches or perforations, ensuring long-lasting performance. In line with our commitment to sustainable urban development, this eco-friendly coating boasts a 70% smaller CO2 footprint compared to traditional hot-dip galvanized products. The key difference lies in user experience: while the CLASSIC PROFILE offers reliable weather and rust resistance, the SMART PROFILE 2.0 enhances this with increased walking and parking comfort for both drivers and vehicles.
